Podcasting may seem like a fairly new media form.

However, the first podcast went live in the year 2004 because of the iPod.

Today, there are over 850,000 podcasts around the world, each one having the desire to emulate Joe Rogan’s success.

Essentially, there is a new podcaster born every day.

Each will have to have the tools needed to make their podcast a hit, like software, microphones, a camera, chairs, training courses for writing scripts, lighting, etc.

The average podcaster must spend $500 for their set up.

Also, they will have to have an array of lucrative programs they’re able to promote to their audience, and perhaps even some ad networks to sell airtime to.
