Hey! So I’ve been on my Pescatarian diet for almost a month now. I have lost 8 pounds without exercise. So today, I will start incorporating exercise and see if I can lose weight even more rapidly. So I tried this dish yesterday and it was so yummy! I’ll share it with you below:
Ingredients
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Romaine lettuce, for serving
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Sour cream, for serving
Directions
Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together shrimp, cumin, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until combined, then let marinate in the fridge 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat remaining tablespoon oil. Add shrimp and marinade cook until pink, 2 minutes per side.
Step 3
Assemble wraps: Add shrimp and avocado to lettuce, drizzle with sour cream, and garnish with cilantro.

That's great that you've lost 8 lbs and pescatarian is a healthy way to go! Exercise will definitely help because it speeds up your metabolism and also the beauty of exercise is that it helps increase your body's resting metabolism so you can be sitting in a chair still and be burning fat and calories! After a good exercise session your body's metabolism will stay up for a while, a few hours, so if you eat a large meal soon after you exercise your body will be like a furnace, so you can enjoy eating and not worry about it slowing your progress down!
I miss exercise and getting out and walking, my health issue with my belly problems have about done me in! I've improved quite a bit since taking protein powder, it's still slow but I'm feeling better and I'm able to do more around the house! I still can't eat normally everyday though!
